Made of solid maple. Adjustable shelves.

Large pine plan cabinets, used by a private collector for a number of years to store posters.

Rare Pair of Large Plan Cabinets
This pair of plan cabinets was constructed for the NSW Government in the latter part of the 19th century. They were used by the Electricity Commission (Planning Dept.), and subsequently by a private collector. They can be used to store prints or collections of small objects. Made of Baltic pine, one cabinet is refinished in wax, and the second retains its original finish.

Large Plan Cabinet
Consisting of 2 parts, with 5 drawers and 7 cubicles. The drawers comprise 3 full-size and 2 half-size. Made from pine, c1900-1920s.
Three drawers were replaced due to old damage, and the whole cabinet was repolished about 15 years ago. In good working condition.

Large, white, high quality display case custom made by Lewis & Lewis. With 5 heavy duty ad justable glass shelves (34 x 75cm each).
Features built-in lighting and two doors opening from the side. Ideal for display of porcelain, collectable objects etc.

Specimen Cabinet
Provenance: Nicholson Museum, University of Sydney.
Comprising 48 drawers arranged in three vertical bays of 16, most with glass inserts intact, all but two brass handles intact, c1890s.
This was the lower portion of a ceiling height unit and as a consequence the top and sides needs some restoration.
